Yes, every model can be modified, we offer more than 300 customization options that allow unique combinations, from size, upholstered (fabric and leather), and various materials (woods and metals). These changes can influence the prices and delivery times.

Once payment has been confirmed, we will ship the products ordered as follows, and the invoice will be delivered together with the products. If necessary, you can always retrieve your invoice at apoio@allkasa.com, indicating your order number and the full name associated with your order.
Yes, delivery in continental Portugal is included.
For the islands and the rest of Europe the shipping costs will be calculated according to the residence area and the weight of the order. Shipping costs can be simulated before completing the purchase and will also be presented at the final stage of the purchase.
Yes, we have loading docks that allow any type of truck entry. We are open weekdays from 9:00 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 18:00
Order cancellation and returns
From the moment you receive the order you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the goods. The customer is responsible for bearing the full cost of returning the goods in case of exercising the right of free termination of the contract.
When returning any products, the following conditions must be met:
- Contact us at apoio@allkasa.com;
The products must be returned in perfect condition, with complete original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice;
- We do not accept the return of any products after they have been used;
- All items will be checked upon arrival and only those that meet the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return;
We reserve the right to accept items that do not meet these conditions.
We do not accept returns of customized products.
Contact us immediately by phone or email and send pictures showing the damage. If the defect was caused by transport, you must mention this in the CRM or on the Delivery Note.
